UBU Raise And Give 2011: Let’s make a difference in Bradford and beyond...!
This February will see the re-launch of UBU Raise And Give (RAG) week. We want this to be the biggest and best Bradford has ever seen and to do this we need YOUR help!
Students have chosen to raise money for Bradford City Centre Project (BCCP) and Marie Curie by putting on crazy events, wearing hats, climbing Everest (!?!), cycling the width of the England and baking cakes...!
Donations
Please make any donations for any of the activities at PayZone in the Richmond Building by quoting UBU RAG account. You can also make donations at the UBU reception desk in Student Central.
You can now also donate via http://www.justgiving.com/RAG-Week

We also want to highlight the fantastic work that student and staff volunteers do around campus and within the local community, so we have a whole load of Give it a Go Volunteering Opportunities and Showcasing Events running as well!
BCCP is a local charity, based just opposite the Midland Hotel in town has been supporting young people in Bradford for 27 years. BCCP works with young people aged 16-25 facing homelessness and other problems. Amongst other services they provide temporary and emergency accommodation for young people to have somewhere safe to live and build up skills and confidence for independent living and participating in the community.
