Whether you need help with academic, welfare or immigration issues, we are here to help. Follow this link to see some of the main areas we cover and some examples of problems we can help with. However, we will try to help with any problem or issue, and if we can’t help, we will put you in contact with someone who can.
The Advice Centre is open from 9 am to 4.30 pm, Monday to Friday, all year round (except Public Holidays) and is located on the middle floor of Student Central on the main campus.
We operate an appointment system, but in the case of extreme emergency students will be seen on the same day.
Anything you discuss with the Advice Centre staff will be treated in the strictest confidence. We will treat you and your issues professionally and non-judgementally. For our confidentiality policy and our general advice centre policy, please follow this link.
