1. No posters to be displayed that contradict a UBU motion
2. No posters for external companies not approved by BAM
3. All posters must be stamped
4. If a sport or society are advertising an event held at an external location, these can only be displayed after consultation with the entertainments department
5. Posters can only be displayed on authorised Student Union poster boards (see list below)
6. Posters should not be displayed on the Communal Building glass windows
7. Posters should conform with the UBU equal opportunities policy and not contain any inflammatory language or inappropriate images
8. The UBU cannot guarantee posters will not be removed from notice boards
9. Posters should be no bigger than A3
10. You should not place your poster over another poster, or remove a poster from display unless it has expired
11. Any posters written in a language other than English must have the translation written on the reverse and shown at the time of approval.
1. Posters can be approved by UBU information assistants.
2. If there is a query on poster content, however, it needs to be approved by one of the following:
a. Media and Entertainments Officer
b. Student Activities Officer
3. Posters can only be stamped at UBU reception with a valid signature
4. Poster submitters must: hand over a signed poster; confirm the number of posters to be submitted; sign responsibility to posters; and leave a contact e-mail or phone number
