BAPS is one of the bigger societies at Bradford University with well over 80 members, and has a good relationship with academic staff in the School of Pharmacy. This is shown at the annual ParacetaBall where we always have a high staff, as well as student, turn-out and gives students a chance to see the staff (sometimes at their worst!) out of uni.
BAPS hold educational and social events which are both alcoholic and non alcoholic, to suit the needs of our members. Everyone is welcome to these events but members get money off. We also sell clothing with the Pharmacy crest on twice a year and the prestigious ParacetaBall at the end of the academic year.

You can join BAPS at the start of each academic year at the Freshers Fair and as we sell tickets for the annual Freshers Party. Also, you can join during the year while buying tickets for our many socials and this can be a good way to get money off if you didn't join at the beginning of the year.
Membership is £20 for all 5 years at uni (both continuous and sandwich courses, including placements), with £4 off each year thereafter.
If you are thinking of joining you can download and fill out a membership form here, then give it to us when we usually sell tickets just before events or email it to us and we will sort out payment with you individually.
